These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the INSGUARDS website and the delivery of our security services. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website or engaging INSGUARDS for services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use this website.

INSGUARDS (Infinity National Security) is a licensed California Private Patrol Operator, PPO #15174, providing security patrol, standing guard, live CCTV monitoring, camera systems, fire watch and related services throughout Southern California.
Specific service terms, schedules, staffing levels and pricing are defined in the written service agreement or quote provided to each client. In the event of a conflict, the signed service agreement controls.

Content on this website is provided for general information and does not constitute a binding offer of service until confirmed in writing.
You agree not to misuse this website, attempt unauthorized access, or submit false or misleading information through our forms.

Quotes are provided free of charge and are valid for the period stated on the quote.
Invoices are payable according to the terms in your service agreement. Late payments may incur fees as specified in that agreement.

Clients agree to provide accurate site information, safe working conditions and timely notice of hazards or changes affecting officer safety.
Clients are responsible for maintaining required property insurance and for ensuring that requested enforcement actions (such as towing) comply with applicable law and posted signage requirements.

Security services are a deterrent and risk-reduction measure; no security program can guarantee the prevention of all loss, damage or crime.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, INSGUARDS' liability is limited as set out in the applicable service agreement and our insurance coverage.

Access to GuardSphere client portals is provided to active clients and is subject to availability, acceptable use and account security obligations.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your portal credentials and for all activity under your account.

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, the INSGUARDS badge and GuardSphere branding — is the property of Infinity National Security and may not be reproduced without written permission.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of San Bernardino County, California, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The current version is always posted on this page with the latest revision date.
